Veza Drainage and Civil Ltd have worked on various large scale developments across the greater North Island, with the likes of Hick Bros, BLM Civil, Mackenzie Civil, Dempsey Wood and March Cato to name a few. Installing high quality drainage systems our clients can rely on to service their residential and commercial developments.
TAUHARA
In 2021 Veza Drainage worked closely with Hick Bros and Contact Energy to install various drainage systems for the Tauhara Geothermal Plant, located in Taupo. Tauhara is a 174MW geothermal steam turbine power station which required our expertise in installing large diameter manholes, large wingwalls and culvert crossings. This project involved extensive hours working in full PPE kits and extreme temperatures.
FLAT BUSH SCHOOL ROAD
Another development in the thriving community of Flat Bush. This project is being lead by March Cato, with VDL installing drainage systems to accommodate residential lots.
NORTHVIEW
VDL have been working with Dempsey Wood on stage 3 of their Northview development, an expansive subdivision under construction in rural Hamilton. Stage 3 alone has seen VDL install storm and waste water drainage systems for 70+ lots.
ARDMORE AIRPORT
VDL are currently working on a project with BLM Civil, located at the Ardmore Airport, Takanini in South Auckland. Working through the tough ground conditions to install drainage systems for the Ardmore Building Development.
BEACHLANDS
VDL recently completed the installation of drainage lines and systems into a newly developed, residential section located in Beachlands, Auckland. With a high focus on safety and accuracy, our team were able to deliver great work and job completion within the required timeframe.
ST PAULS
Our team recently worked alongside EarthCo Civil to expand the drainage systems in Barry Curtis Park, to accommodate the expanding St Pauls Church located next to park grounds. Our team received great feedback from our clients as they strived to deliver high quality work, minimize environmental and community impact on the park grounds and complete their project and re-open the park walkways in minimal time.
ARA HILLS
Lead by Mackenzie Civil Ltd, Ara Hills is an expansive subdivision located on the Orewa off-ramp SHW 1, to accommodate the ever-growing Auckland region and it's residents.
ORMISTON RISE
Working with BLM Civil, VDL completed drainage installation for this expanding development in the heart of South Auckland. Flat Bush continues to grow as it accommodates the hundreds of residents flocking to new hub of the South.
THREE KINGS
Three Kings, the Central Auckland suburb built over volcanic rock. VDL worked hard through the elements to install drainage systems for this new residential development.
MURPHYS ROAD
VDL recently completed works with March Cato in the ever-expanding South Auckland neighborhood of Flat Bush, on a residential development on Murphy's Road. Located minutes from the new Ormiston Town Centre development and among other recent VDL projects.
WAIHOEHOE
VDL currently has two crews, working alongside March Cato, in Waihoehoe, Drury working on the installation of drainage systems for this new residential subdivision.
FITZGERALD
Our crew is currently battling the elements as they work their way through underground rock and deep excavations to install a new Transmission Line out in Drury for March Cato.
SUMMERSET, CAMBRIDGE
Our crews have been working alongside Dempsey Wood on
a new Summerset Retirement Village in Cambridge, Waikato, installing drainage systems to service this new, expansive village.
MCQUOIDS ROAD
This Neil Group and Hick Bros development boasts over 45 residential lots in stage 1 alone, with all drainage installation completed by VDL, with stage 3-4 currently underway with our skilled drainage crew on site completing installations.
RANGATAHI PENINSULA
The Rangitahi project is an expansive subdivision in the coastal town of Raglan. VDL is proud to have worked alongside the Rangitahi team installing drainage.
MANUKAU GOLF COURSE
A large scale subdivision led by Fletchers and Hick Bros, located next to the Takanini off-ramp. This development boasts 246+ residential lots with VDL having completed the drainage systems for it's new residents.
ELEVATION ROAD
Alongside BLM Civil, VDL have begun installing drainage
systems in yet another Flat Bush community, to service this
ever-expanding community.
MARAETAI
Another Neil Group and Hick Bros project, this subdivision is located a mere 1.5km from the popular Auckland Beach. VDL installed over 3,000m of Storm and Waste Water lines.
TUSCANY ESTATE
This Neil Group and Hick Bros development boasts over 45 residential lots in stage 1 alone, with all drainage installation completed by VDL.
MILLWATER
Located in the Northern gateway between Silverdale and Orewa. Veza Drainage was involved in the installation of drainage systems for this development, with an expected occupancy of over 10,000 residents following its 2022 completion.
